December, 2006

Attention, Warriors!

Holiday Season. Year's End. Hard to keep up with your exercise and eating a healthy diet. This means you have to really remember that you are a Warrior. Stick to your resolution to take care of your body. Make time to Make yourself into the person you want to be.

I've led the Way of the Warrior for three years now. I want you all to know that I am proud and honored to have met you. I sincerely hope that this class means as much to you as it does to me. I want you to truly "Be all you Can Be."

However, I want You to be the one to determine who and what you want to Be. Make your life your Own.

I salute you all.
