Dear Mombera MacGillicuddy,
I am pleased to get to this point where you are learning about me and guiding me through becoming a hero, and even more importantly, a warrior. I want to thank you, Mombera, for all your help so far.
I am grateful for the opportunity and the encouragement from my fellow Heroes to become a better person with a few goals to work on along the way. I found that using How to be a Hero and using myself as my character, I can leave some of my insecurities behind and succeed in my life.
Two years ago, I graduated from college with a degree in fine arts. Since then, everything has been so up in the air and I really felt that I had no control of anything anymore. My art was put aside, music had not been used in years and moving around seemed to happen too frequently. I was only looking at the immediate tasks and not setting goals for the future. Things just got a little cloudy for awhile. I have so many talents that others seem to appreciate, and are disappointed when I don’t follow through. I need to change this. I need to organize my thoughts, goals, tasks, house, priorities, and everything else in my life.
I am a hard worker. Mostly, I am a hard worker for other people and not for myself. I put myself second in most cases, but my greater focus is that if I work hard for someone else, I will be taken care of in the future. This is what needs to change. I need to think of myself first and put my efforts to the things that I love. Be happy, which is the greatest thing that I can do for myself.
I have found that I really am a warrior. I will take the tasks that you give me and really take them to heart. I will make them work for me. I have talents that can make others happy as well as fulfilling my own goals. I don’t let others always dictate what I need to do. I won’t hesitate to tell my superiors other ways to do things once I learn my job. If I can get myself to that point, I hope that I will be there for you to even give you and everyone else motivation and help when it is needed. This is the least I can do when I have been given the opportunity from those around me.
I will be a better person and will let you know of my accomplishments weekly like you asked. Please let me know of the things you need of me also. Gold stars make a difference on my chart.
Thanks for your time.
Sincerely,
Esinabell
